The Mountaineer Club. The whole vibe was just a little odd. The service and set up just seemed confusing and a little disjointed. I liked the decor and of course the view. Staff seemed more interested in their phones rather than the guest.
Room was not ready at my check-in at 6:00 pm. Carpet in hall next to wall has so much dust and dirt it was gross. Vacuum and wipe
Sandwich from coffee shop was stale. Water pressure was not great. Sheets were worn and had holes in them.
This hotel is unlike any other place. The decor looks s so amazing. There is little details everywhere and I just wanted to see more.
