Не сподобалось те як надавали можливість взяти на себе і дружину сніданок на дорогу у звʼязку з раннім відлітом з аеропорта, взяли якусь додаткову оплату, причому на рецепшені все нормально а безпосередньо при наданні сніданку з харчового блоку не задовільно, на жаль!

The location of Hilton Dubai Jumeirah JBR is excellent and definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. However, overall, my stay was quite disappointing considering this is advertised as a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, while checking in, I overheard one of the front-office staff complaining to a colleague that they were tired and wanted to go home. While everyone can have a difficult day at work, I personally do not think this type of conversation is appropriate in front of guests, especially at a 5-star hotel. That being said, the actual check-in process was smooth. The hotel itself was extremely crowded throughout my stay. There were constantly many people coming in and out, and the lobby could become quite noisy and busy. It did not really give the calm, premium atmosphere I normally expect from a 5-star property. The room was okay and the interior was clean, but the furniture was clearly old, heavily used and outdated. Even some of the bathroom fittings, particularly the glass, appeared discoloured with age. The room and its furnishings are definitely in need of a major renovation. The balcony was also quite dusty and could have been cleaned much better. Breakfast was acceptable, but I found the variety quite limited, especially for a hotel of this standard. The selection was also repetitive from day to day. On a positive note, I tried the dinner buffet and it was amazing. This was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, the hotel is clean and has a fantastic location, but the property is showing its age. The rooms, furniture and some common areas would benefit greatly from a major refurbishment. My stay was okay, but based on my experience, I do not feel the hotel currently delivers the standard I would expect from a 5-star property. In its present condition, the overall experience felt closer to a 4-star hotel. With renovation and greater attention to the guest experience, it certainly has the potential to improve.
