Excellent location. Liked the bakery they served in the morning. 24-hour tea and coffee is nice.

The staff were always kind and helpful. I enjoyed the low-key Stanley hotel vibe. Keurig for coffee. Cold/hot water (no ice) in the lobby. Danishes available for breakfast. Two humongous men got on the elevator and lived to tell about it - so it's fine? I took the stairs.

The air freshener on the back of the door, tension rod shower curtain (fell down). No problem though! Was able to crack the window and run the fan - it cut down on the air freshener scent.

Very close to Chinatown and Union square, great location wise - next to a few bus stops and a tram. Some cool cafes around to have breakfast and dinner. Room was clean, had iron and ironing board, also a bathtub was nice to have.

Room was a bit cold in the night and internet was not as strong

The staff are really friendly and helped a lot when we need support. The location is very good and easy to get food to eat.

The room next to the street is a noisy but they are kindly help to change a room when it’s available.
