Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness8.1

Mixed comments: several guests called rooms 'very spacious and clean' but others reported dirty carpets that stained socks and some maintenance issues (dripping shower). Overall slightly below target due to carpet cleanliness complaints.

• Service9.3

Generally positive: early check-in was appreciated and multiple guests praised a helpful, attentive receptionist. Some procedural issues at check-in (long wait, loud confirmation of personal info, timeshare pressure) but staff interactions were largely courteous and accommodating.

• Location9.4

Very strong: many reviewers highlighted excellent location just off the Strip, close to the LINQ and Caesars, with easy walking access and plenty of nearby food options.

• Room Quality9.2

Rooms and suites described as spacious, modern and comfortable with good bathrooms and functional kitchens in apartment-style suites; minor maintenance needs noted (dripping shower) but overall high quality.

• Amenities8.0

Mixed: free parking and in-suite kitchens are positives, but loud daytime pool music and a daily pool party (noisy through many floors) and a market closed for construction detract from the amenities experience.

• Value for Money8.6

Generally positive value for spacious suites and location, though some guests felt they should have been warned about daily pool parties (and sought compensation) and timeshare solicitation was unwelcome.

• Food and Beverage8.8

Limited direct comments on F&B quality; negatives relate mainly to the market being closed for construction and bar music contributing to noise rather than food quality itself.

• Overall Experience9.0

Overall positive experience: guests frequently praised space, location, helpful staff and early check-in; main detractors were noise from pool parties, occasional cleanliness/maintenance and check-in process issues.

The location was perfect. We had tickets for Sphere shows and we easily walked there. This hotel was very clean and comfortable! The hotel is linked to the Flamingo so we had access to their pool as well. Great stay!!
