Had a wonderful holiday. It was an excellent fitness team with Yoga and plates xircuit training and much more. The trainers Black coffee and Mr Wow went out of there way to make all the work outs enjoyable and entertaining. Food was great and the variety of different restaurants mean you don't get fed up by the second week.

The food was just ok and the food service outside the restaurants was very slow & disorganized. It was very hard to find someone to take a food order at the pool/beach/bar and then the food took an hour or more. We also had numerous issues with ordering something only to find they were out of it (daily occurrence, could be due to issues with importing). The staff were lovely, the resort was nice but could stand to be updated. There were people on the resort that were pretty pushy about services (spa, excursions, photos, etc.). I understand they are asked to upsell but it was frustrating to say no to multiple people throughout the day. We did the Diamond Club & having the lounge, private pool/beach, & butler was worth the additional cost.
