The property was near the Brandenburg Gate, stop 4 of the Big Bus Red Route, close by to a supermarket and The Berlin Mall. The accommodation was clean, airy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.

No real negatives only slight improvements like a microwave and another sofa or armchair would have been nice.

We received a friendly welcome at the reception, which was easy to find due to the photos of the entrance provided in advance. The location was excellent, just one block away from the Brandenburger Tor and only a few minutes walk from the main railway station, which we used to come and go from the Airport. The apartment was well equipped, including dishwasher and a washing machine, which enabled us to travel light and launder our clothes for the next part of our journey. There were three generously-sized double bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms in the penthouse apartment we chose.

The wooden floors have rugs which are curling up at the edges and are a bit of a trip hazard!, maybe they could be fixed down more effectively, this is a very small point, everything else was excellent.

Wohnung ziemlich abgewohnt und etwas ranzig. Oberflächig sauber, aber in den Ecken dreckig. Billigbesteck. Im Hausflur riecht es permanent nach Essen. Ausstattung teilweise sehr alt.

Le personnel de la réception était très gentil et arrangeant pour les bagages. Le logement était propre et correspondait à mes attentes. La literie était confortable et propre.

Le premier soir, nous avons voulu prendre une douche mais dès que nous voulions mettre l'eau chaude, le débit de l'eau se réduisait considérablement, voir l'eau s'arrêtait. Le lendemain matin, nous sommes allées à la réception pour parler de ce problème. On nous informe que pour avoir de l'eau chaude avec un bon débit d'eau, il faut se doucher avant 13h. Un peu déçues qu'on ne nous ait pas averties avant. Le lendemain d'après, en voulant prendre la douche le matin (à 9h), toujours pas de débit pour l'eau chaude. Nous en avons discuté au check-out, le personnel de l'accueil nous a dit qu'il allait en discuter à la réunion d'équipe du lendemain et nous tenir au courant. Et peut être que nous allions avoir une réduction. Pas de nouvelles depuis (séjour le weekend du 16 octobre)...
