Great location, right next to the beach. The cafe in the lobby area is great with excellent Spam Musubi for sale. A couple tours also start near the front of the hotel.

The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. The bed was small, had dips in the bed so one of us was sleeping in a hollow, the edge of the bed had no support and really should have been replaced a long time ago. The tap over the basin barely reached the basin not a good design. The room needed another light. The safe opened into the wardrobe so if the wardrobe had clothes in it, so had to remove clothes to use the safe. On the first floor there was quite a bit of road noise. The hotel has no pool.

Fabulous location just a block off the beach and Waikīkī strip. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Because we were on an end room with a bathroom louvered window to the outside, it was quite noisy starting around 6:30-7am when the vendors across the alley started setting up shop and playing music. Also, our toilet continued to run constantly. We told the desk a couple of times and they fixed it a couple of times, but it still had intermittent problems.
