There was no phone to call down to reception, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the restaurant only serves sandwiches and snacks.

Eigentlich schöne Lounge und Bar, die aber offensichtlich noch in der Anlaufphase in dem komplett renovierten und umgebauten Haus ist. Speisenangebit könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Geschmeckt hat es sehr gut.

Sehr hartes Bett Kein Bügeleisen, kein Bademantel und kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer

Herzlichen Dank für die aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Ich war für eine Augenoperation in München und kam bereits sehr früh im Hotel an. Da gleichzeitig das Oktoberfest stattfand, bat ich um einen früheren Check-in und ein möglichst ruhiges Zimmer, damit ich mich nach der OP gut erholen konnte. Das Team hat meine Wünsche nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen: Ich durfte bereits am Vormittag, Stunden vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit, einchecken und erhielt ein wunderbar ruhiges Eckzimmer, wahrscheinlich das beste im ganzen Haus. Gerade in meiner Situation war das eine enorme Erleichterung. Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen hervorragenden, aufmerksamen Service. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

This is a quiet, super conveniently located hotel (right next to the main train station and an easy walk to the Marienplatz. It's clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed room and good-size on-suite bathroom/toilet. (No mini-fridge though. Just FYI) Everyone spoke English, and while on the touch more expensive side (we paid about 200 euro per night - about 50 more euro a night than we would have paid if we were farther away from the city center), the convenience of the location more than made up for it. I will stay here again next time I'm in Munich

My only "complaint" (and it's hardly a complaint, more of an observation) is that there is no mini-fridge in the room.
