Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness8.8

Consistently noted as clean and modern ('pulitissimi'); rooms and bathrooms described as very tidy and well maintained.

• Service8.7

Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; a few mentions of an antiquated reception area and a luggage-ticketing issue slightly reduce the score.

• Location9.4

Strongly praised: central location within walking distance of the Acropolis, Plaka and Monastiraki; excellent rooftop views over Athens.

• Room Quality8.8

Rooms described as fairly spacious, very new and comfortable (good beds) with balconies/terraces and spectacular views; minor missing items noted (no bathrobes/iron).

• Amenities7.8

Excellent rooftop terrace/bar and breakfast area; luggage storage available but some reported ticketing/handling issues; missing in-room items (bathrobes/iron) lower this slightly.

• Value for Money8.2

Explicit comment of 'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo' and generally good value impressions, tempered by small service/amenity drawbacks.

• Food and Beverage8.9

Breakfast widely praised (5-star service, varied buffet in many reviews, fresh-squeezed orange juice) and rooftop cocktails appreciated; one note that breakfast variety could be limited.

• Overall Experience9.0

Many guests call the stay 'incredible', 'fantastic' or 'top hotel' with high recommendations, citing location, rooftop and friendly staff as highlights.

rien

The hotel itself is lovely, very well-maintained and in excellent condition. The rooms are comfortable, clean and pleasant, making the stay very enjoyable. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. Another big highlight is the amazing view of the Parthenon — absolutely stunning! There are also beautiful little streets with lovely restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor and kept dropping out. The breakfast was quite disappointing: very limited in terms of choice, repetitive and with very few dishes available. As for the surrounding area, it is rather mixed. While there are charming streets with lovely restaurants on one side, other nearby streets feel less pleasant and somewhat run-down, which can make the immediate surroundings less appealing.
