Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness6.5

Mixed feedback: some guests praised clean beds and helpful housekeepers, but multiple reviews reported old stained carpets, visible dirt, and even cockroaches and poor cleaning in bathrooms.

• Service9.5

Consistently excellent: numerous comments thanking front desk and named staff, describing staff as very helpful, friendly and fast in resolving issues.

• Location9.0

Very positive: frequently praised for proximity to the Corniche, Flag Plaza and Old Town/National Museum; several guests called the location brilliant or perfect.

• Room Quality6.5

Mixed: rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good views, but many reports of old furniture, maintenance issues (blocked toilets, clogged showers, leaks) and general aging décor.

• Amenities8.0

Standard quality for this hotel tier; amenities were not widely discussed in reviews so assigned the target overall rating.

• Value for Money8.5

Generally positive: several guests explicitly stated good value for money and recommended the hotel for quality vs price, though one complaint about no compensation for late arrival was noted.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Strongly positive for breakfast and dining staff: many guests praised variety and friendly breakfast staff, with a few suggestions for more gluten-free options.

• Overall Experience7.0

Overall stays are positive due to excellent service and location, but the cumulative impact of cleanliness and room maintenance issues tempers the overall experience.

One of the best options if you want to stay close to the Corniche. Good choice for the quality and money wise. There are nice rooms with amazing Corniche view and very comfy bed. Hotel has also friendly and helpful staff. Especially I would like to thank Thamer, Joau and Sanju for all the help and assistance during my stay.

Toilet was blocked and it took a few reminders to get fixed. Stayed six days and room wasn’t hoovered during stay. Could have some more gluten free options for breakfast and dinner.
