Last minute room changes after a 22 2nd floor room.was promises. They literally after settling in.was.tod.to.repack and leave to.another room. It was a special.weekend.for.u.and.im a disable.vetran. the 22 floor was beautifully and during or retirement celebratio.we.got adked.ro.lrave. hard pill to.swallow. they gave us 150 dollars off our bill and pit us in a standard room.3. Floors.down from the original upgrade. Felt like.youngn mamger was overwhelmed and was making hasty decisions. I was able.to.get to.rooom 22209 to see if it was vacant and a fanily.had answered the door. Truth is the word Discrimination wrang.deep. . We are not.one to.companin but.the start of these promises just.began our dislike of the.days.to.come. Last night there and I know im.on video hitting for over three grand was never paid out. Maybe someone can get the.security footage because i.have a.feeling i.was becoming the.victum of something that is.done more often themselves about. We feel.as no.one cared.and they said.it.would.take.days tonfige

Struttura generale imponente , facendo parte della struttura Atlantis, parco acquatico enorme , e acquari incredibili , splendido . Oltre a tantissimi servizi , buoni i ristoranti ma e’ tutto costosissimo , per quello noi scegliamo il Reef, così cucino io . Abbattiamo i costi facendo almeno. Due pasti al Giorno a casa ; la cucina è attrezzatissima , comprensiva di lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè e inoltre c’è una lavanderia molto attrezzata e gratuita al 2’ piano. La cosa più incredibile che per quanto mi riguarda ci ha fatti ritornare e’ sicuramente il mare , unico!! In particolare, proprio la Spiaggia del Reef.

Vecchiotta , avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, costi esosi per tutto, anche al piccolo market dell’hotel , io andavo in un altro posto esterno. Malissimo i lavori di manutenzione con MARTELLI PNEUMATICI al vicino Hotel Cove ! In spiaggia il rumore era fastidioso, in piscina insopportabile a secondo della zona . NON UNA SEGNALAZIONE!

Wir hatten zwar ein schönes Zimmer, allerdings ist das Hotel an sich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pools sind aus unerklärlichen Gründen mehrmals am Tag gesperrt. Wir hatten außerdem das Pech, dass 2 Baustellen vor unserer Nase waren, die von früh bis spät Lärm verursacht haben. Auf Anfrage, ob wir deshalb zu einem anderen Pool gehen können, haben wir ein „Nein“ bekommen. Zu essen bekommt man großteils nur Fastfood. Beim Auschecken hat man uns dann fast das Doppelte, als auf Booking angegeben, verrechnet. Es wurde dann zwar berichtigt, aber passiert ist mir das in vielen Jahren als Booking Kunde noch nie.

Place is beautiful, the resort is a bit outdated, the rooms need some work. but by staying there allows you to go to the other Atlantis. The shuttle takes you, they have good service there. Beach is beautiful, could see different fish around. Staff is not as polite as you think. The resort has a fee that Charges you upon check out, they call it Resort fee, I don’t know what they include with that. In addition, gratuity is add to your room per day. Aquarium is beautiful and the aqua park too. We had an issue with the staff at the beach, they were moving all the chairs and didn’t allow you to stay after 6 PM. Very estrange.
