All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds so comfortable and lovely bathroom. The central location also made it easy to navigate the city and walk everywhere.

la distribución del aire acondicionado que fuera desde la recepción y el ratito que lo teníamos puesto hacía mucho ruido... de resto sin ninguna queja.

Nem a megrendelt szobát kaptuk és erről nem kaptunk tájékoztatást. Másnapra tudták a kért szobát biztosítani. Fűtés nem volt, fáztunk. Olyan kicsi volt a szoba, hogy az ágy mellett alig fértünk el, nem volt szekrény, még a bőröndöket sem tudtuk a szobában kinyitni. Csak az ágy szélére lehetett ülni, szék vagy fotel nincs. A tisztaság sem jó, az előző lakók után találtunk néhány dolgot. We did not receive the room we had booked, and we were not informed about this. The requested room could only be provided the following day. There was no heating, so we were cold. The room was so small that there was barely any space next to the bed; there was no wardrobe, and we couldn't even open our suitcases inside the room. The only place to sit was the edge of the bed—there were no chairs or armchairs. Cleanliness was also poor; we found items left behind by the previous occupants.

The room was small for a family, also the elevator broke so there was a single 2-3 people elevator for everyone staying. Also putting do no disturb on the touch pad clearly didn’t matter to the staff.
