The hotel is in a great location, just far enough away from the busy and noisy Strip while still being within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Walgreens, Target, and CVS are also conveniently located nearby. The hotel lobby and common areas are very clean and smell fresh, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The room also has a balcony, which is a nice bonus if you want to get some fresh air and enjoy a little time outdoors without leaving your room. The staff are helpful, courteous, and very friendly. They communicate via text, which makes it easy to request anything you need, and they respond quickly to provide assistance. The hotel also has a small mini-mart, although the prices are a bit high. Still, it’s convenient to have one on-site in case you need something without having to leave the hotel.

The pillows were not very comfortable and could use improvement. Also, the bottom track of the sliding shower door in the bathroom was a bit dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. BEWARE! After checking in, the front desk directed us to two people at the other end of the desk for a complimentary gift (I can't remember the exact words they used). I thought they were giving out something simple, like pens or notepads with the hotel's name on them. Instead, the gentleman started talking about a presentation scheduled for the following day. He explained that a shuttle would be provided to take us to the presentation and bring us back to the hotel. He also promised a $150 gift card that could be used at different restaurants and even showed us some restaurants he recommended. We listened until we noticed that the paperwork mentioned a timeshare presentation. I immediately told him that we were not interested in timeshares. He insisted that it was no longer called a timeshare and mentioned that he used to conduct these presentations himself. We decided not to attend and returned home. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I was shocked to find a $40 charge for the timeshare presentation, even though we never attended. What makes this even more concerning is that I NEVER provided my credit card information to this representative. I booked the hotel through Booking.com, yet the hotel used the payment information associated with my reservation to charge me $40. After making phone call and sending emails, they eventually refunded the money the same day.
