Очень приветливый и вежливый персонал. Один из менеджеров, к сожалению, не помню, как его зовут, встретил меня на этаже, поинтересовался, доволен ли я, с моим номером были проблемы, и в тот же день благодаря ему мне поменяли номер. Персонал, который работает в клининге, всегда заботится о чистоте в номере. Парень по имени Youhan каждый день интересовался, всего ли хватает. Ребята на кухне очень приветливые, хорошо проводят сервировку стола, как в ресторанах. Персонал -топ. Номера хорошие. Просто и надёжно. Мне было достаточно.

Не хватает качества звукоизоляции. В первом номере, где я жил 2 дня, ещё и стройка была напротив и это была беда: звук бетономешалки ночью, запах смолы днём. К счастью, поменяли потом номер. Однообразное питание. Жил тут 13 дней и питание было без изменений.

Location. Very near to metro station and few minutes walk to Mall of Emirates. Very tidy hotel, smells good, very comfy beds, approachable staff, fast service. Non smoking rooms are on different floors. I really appreciate the room upgrade. Thank you Donatello Hotel for letting us experience your Grand Suite. 5 stars on everything about this hotel. Will definitely book again!
