The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and near to city centre. The free parking is excellent. Bonus supermarket is just 200m away.

No laundry facility and no lift access to higher floor.

La pulizia inesistente, era tutto sporco: peli e sabbia sul materasso, forno non funzionante e sporco, briciole sul pavimento, macchie sul tavolo, piatti unti. Ci è toccato pulire personalmente la cucina e la zona pranzo prima di cucinare. Nonostante le e-mail e i messaggi inviati al proprietario chiedendo una soluzione,egli ha risposto il giorno dopo dicendo che le pulizie giornaliere non erano incluse, tuttavia per scusarsi ha mandato le donne delle pulizie, che però hanno pulito solo il forno, lasciando tutto il resto sporco così come abbiamo trovato al check-in.
We are frequent guests at this property. We love the location -- very close walking distance to the main downtown attractions, yet quiet late at night. In addition, the property has free off-street parking. The apartments are modest and spacious, though some of the furnishings are a bit dated. The kitchenette has all the items you need for food prep, including a toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. As a prior visitor, the staff was kind enough to bring me a drip coffee pot upon arrival, which we very much appreciated!!

Mostly a few minor maintenance items which could improve the apartment -- bathroom door that was hard to fully close, closet in bedroom hard to open, limited counter space for kitchenette.
