Percepção dos hóspedes
- Cleanliness7.8
Generally reported as clean and well maintained, but one stay reported two cockroaches in the bathroom which lowered confidence.
- Service9.0
Consistently praised: staff described as very friendly, helpful and accommodating (e.g., allowing extended parking).
- Location9.2
Repeatedly highlighted as excellent — central, close to Arc de Triomf, metro and many shops/cafés; some notes about street noise at night.
- Room Quality8.4
Apartments described as very spacious with comfortable beds; some units noted slightly dated furniture, noisy street-facing rooms and preference for a bathtub in some cases.
- Amenities8.6
Well-equipped kitchens and useful facilities (parking available) but some guests missed a washing machine, kettle or fuller kitchen kit; parking spaces reported narrow.
- Value for Money8.0
Many guests found the stay worthwhile and recommendable, though a few commented prices (and parking fees) felt a bit high.
- Food and Beverage8.8
No on-site restaurant emphasized, but numerous positive mentions of convenient nearby cafés, bakeries and a bar for breakfast — good local options.
- Overall Experience9.0
Overall very positive: guests recommend and would return; main negatives (isolated) include occasional pests, some noise and minor equipment omissions.

Super Ausstattung, nettes Personal, gute Lage

Alles in allem leider sehr hellhörig.
Very good location Spacious 24/7 reception Could leave the luggage last day Felt safe Confortable beds Very good supermarkets just on the other side of the hotel You can walk to main attractions

No soap / shower gel - we received just first day 1 very small item and it was not replaced. For family of 3. No coffee machine / no coffee in the room Furniture and apartment were quite old Very noisy, you could literally here when your neighbour was going to the bathroom. Kitchen area could be better equipped and have at least some sugar / coffee in the room. Bathroom should be renovated / it was old and broken
Spacious room located next to two metro stations. Kitchen for cooking your own meals and balcony to hang out and enjoy a coffee/drink. It's a good location for getting to most of the major attractions.

The furniture and appliances could use some updating. Additionally I requested a taxi to the airport via the front desk the night before my departure, however they seemed to have completely forgotten or not requested one at all the next morning. Luckily I left a good enough buffer where it wasn't a huge issue.
