I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was great, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Ismail, the manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Exceptional overall experience. The evening reception was a highlight for our family, the made-to-order breakfast added great variety, and the suite layout is one of the smartest and most family-friendly designs I've experienced. The staff, chefs, and management created a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that reminded me why Hilton remains my preferred brand.

Only minor opportunities for improvement: housekeeping could pay more attention to less visible areas during cleaning, overnight A/C performance could be more consistent, and the parking walk can feel challenging during Houston's heat and humidity. These did not significantly impact an otherwise outstanding stay.
