Excellent hotel in the very heart of Nice. Next to the train station, 10 min walk to the old town, situated on the main shopping street. Our room was on the side of the backyard, so it was very quiet, very clean, with enough space to move around the room. Bathroom was also clean and rather big, well lit. The staff at the reception deserve a special praise! Attentive, smiley, welcoming, ready to help and efficient in everything they do. I especially appreciated the welcome free coffee they offered me as I arrived in the hotel early in the morning. I'm definitely coming back!

Not a big thing but very often there were some unpleasant kitchen odours in the bathroom. Luckily, they were not getting into the room.

The bathroom was too small.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station. There was a tram stop right across the street, making it easy to get to the old town, which was also about a 15-minute walk away. Complimentary mineral water and coffee were available on the ground floor, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
