• Service8.8

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive at reception; isolated mentions of a rude male staff member and loud housekeeping.

• Location9.0

Consistently praised for a central location close to restaurants, shops, beach and historic center; some noise at night due to nearby bars and motorcycles.

Mixed reports: many rooms comfortable and clean, but several guests reported issues (no hot water, water leaks, small rooms, broken doors, hard beds, no bathtub in some rooms).

• Amenities7.5

Basic amenities (notably free morning coffee) are appreciated, but guests noted missing or subpar amenities: no parking, limited in-room facilities (iron, larger fridge), AC problems in some rooms.

• Value for Money8.9

Multiple comments highlight an excellent price-quality ratio and consider the hotel good value for short stays.

• Food and Beverage8.4

Limited mentions overall; free morning coffee is specifically highlighted and appreciated, no extensive F&B offerings noted.

• Overall Experience8.1

Overall positive stays and recommendations are common, though occasional room or noise issues reduced the experience for some guests.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR YOUR LIFE If you are staying at this hotel and you ever fall sick no one is going to help you in any way. My husband and I stayed 3 nights here and on the 2nd day we fell extremely sick with diarrhea vomit and high fever somehow my husband managed to go to the front desk to ask for a on call doctor or any kind of assistance. she tried calling the doctor and no answer was received. thats it no help/assistance was given after that infact she told us to go to the hospital by ourselves. she was least bothered that 2 people were extremely sick and were struggling to get a doctor. Not once they checked on us if we managed to get any medicine or if they can call a cab nothing. it was an horrible experience. this was our 1st time in Curacao and we didn't know anyone luckily we took our drivers number who we hired from the airport taxi service, she than came and took us to hospital, spoke to doctors and got everything arranged. when we 1st came to the hotel at the time of check in after an 8 hours of flight super exhausted she gave us the wrong key card twice the 1st one didn't work at the elevator and the 2nd one didn't work in the room. the internet never got connected to the TV and she kept saying i will send the maintenance guy the second day she said oh he went to the wrong room i will send me him to yours but he never showed up.
