The only minor area for improvement would be the pillows. Both my elderly mother and I woke up with stiff necks and sore shoulders after the first night, as the pillows were a little too soft. Firmer pillow options would be appreciated. Other than that, the hotel was clean, well-maintained and strategically located. Nothing else to fault overall!

Stayed for the night only, so couldn't enjoy all the facilities properly. However, the staff, lobby, rooms were all excellent. I asked for a high floor room with a view, and was given an amazing room.
