The location and off street parking were the only positives for us.

The location and off street parking were the only positives for us.

It was very run down and in some places just dirty (ripped couches, dirty/damaged walls/doors and filthy pillows). Wifi was also terrible. Very disappointing that the pool only operates in Summer months (this was not made clear when booking, it’s the only reason I booked this place and we couldn’t even use it). It was also hot during our stay and even with all the windows open and small desk top fan blowing it was very uncomfortable at night. You should also be aware it’s on a very busy road and the traffic is quite noisy all through the night.

I would like to personally mention the Manager Cornelius who was extremely helpful. When the internet was not working in our room, he moved us to another room. When we requested help with some documents he assisted us. There was nothing Cornelius was not prepared to help us with and always with a smile. Cornelius was the best part about staying at this motel. He even got us a room with a view.

Limited to no TV channels - 3 terrestrial working channels and nothing else. Very poor in this day and age. The room was not very clean and the daily cleaning was not good. We had to ask for new towels, for the bed to be made. The cleaners were requested to come back which they were not happy about and we were questioned on the number of towels we wanted.

Not alot just hard walking back up the hill from town . Would be ok for younger people we are pensioners lol.
