Morgan on reception is exceptional. Friendly, very helpful and just a no nonsense cheerful person. We liked the location, easy to walk into town via a scenic route and a shorter road route. The room was clean and a nice size. The bathroom is large and the shower area large due to stepping into a large spa bath. Dis not use the bath. Great to have an undercover parking spot in quite a busy parking area.

The main issue is the bed and pillows, both uncomfortable. Probably the pillows were the worst of the two and not sure how the establishment can get this so wrong for the price paid.
