We had a wonderful family stay at Karohi Haveli. This historic hotel has a lot of charm and character, with beautiful Indian handicrafts and unique décor in every room. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated in an authentic style. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The rooftop restaurant is a real highlight, with breathtaking lake views and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Special thanks to the restaurant manager for his warm welcome and kindness towards our children, as well as the lovely reception team. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool, despite the cold water. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Udaipur’s main attractions, markets and old town. Overall, a charming heritage hotel with genuine hospitality, a lovely rooftop and an excellent location. We would happily stay here again.

A few areas could be improved: housekeeping could be more thorough, and some bathroom amenities, such as dental and vanity kits, were missing. There is also considerable city noise at night, including sounds from nearby temples, which can continue until around midnight. This seems to be common in the area rather than specific to the hotel.

1)Comfortable bed clean spotless white linen. 2) staff helpful smiling 3) great sitting area on grasslawn just on the side of Lake pichola 4) room size and beautiful Rajasthani style wall ceilings bright color hand painting of flower leaves. 5) Food is very tasty and at reasonable rate. Roof top restaurant dinner is recommended. One can see the lighting of city palace and other buildings of udaipur.
