The staff at reception were particularly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel could not have been more convenient for onward travel from Palermo railway station.

On the days we stayed the air conditioning system was not working and as the nights in Palermo, even in October, were extremely warm sleeping was uncomfortable. The staff immediately produced a fan which helped mitigate the discomfort.

Superb location, close to the train station and the entrance to the historic district.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows need a renewal.
