Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness8.3

Rooms repeatedly described as clean and delightful, but some guests reported bathroom issues (uncomfortable/slippery floor, window that doesn't lock/poor privacy) that lower the score slightly.

• Service9.5

Staff repeatedly praised as very friendly, attentive and helpful (many named staff and multiple mentions of warm welcome and excellent hospitality), justifying a strong above-average score.

• Location9.3

Multiple mentions of 'amazing' or 'excellent' location and easy parks access with beautiful views — location is a clear strength.

• Room Quality8.9

Rooms are described as nice, comfortable and well appointed (gorgeous bathrooms/dressing areas), though some minor issues (no balcony in some rooms, AC lighting that can't be switched off) balance out to the baseline rating.

• Amenities8.5

Good family-friendly amenities (kids club, pool, parks access) praised, but some reports of cold pool water and variable pool service reduce the score modestly.

• Value for Money8.9

Guests comment on good value particularly because park access is included; overall value aligns with the target rating.

• Food and Beverage8.6

Breakfast and dining are often described as excellent with many options, though a few guests noted breakfast could be improved and occasional indifferent restaurant service.

• Overall Experience9.2

Overall sentiment is very positive — many 'amazing' stays, delighted guests and repeat intentions — yielding an above-target overall experience score.

Great property, big pool, private beach, theme park tickets included, Irish bar on site, loads of bars restaurants near by, food exceptional, beautiful rooms. One of the best Hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff are so nice too everything was perfect really recommend.
