The only thing I would say was they need whats app for the shuttle buzz or online. I didn’t have mobile at the airport only whats app and it was difficult to contact them.

Just getting to the front desk was a puzzle and very difficult and confusing. There is no place for a car to drop you off safely. The front desk staff was slovenly dressed. Even the parking deck was confusing. But worst of all we were given a room without a window. Yes there was a panel of glass in the wall, but it was not a working window. I cannot believe this passed building code. If there was a fire in the hall, we would be dead! I went to the front desk and they informed me - nothing - except to say that third party booking agents do not disclose this type of room when booking, and these rooms are usually given to flight attendants (OMG! I feel so bad for them), and the staff person did not offer another room or fix or reassurance that this room has a window, she was horrible! In addition to the no window, the room was unnervingly sparse, and smelled weird. I did not check for bed bugs, but it is the kind of room you would be suspicious of. This is not worthy of any hotel brand name out there, and I have stayed at every brand name and level of hotels in my travels, including hostels. Avoid this hotel at all costs, in fact, sleep in the Airport instead!

I was there yesterday checked in around midnight, staff was nice. Once I was in the room, I decided to shower after a long trip. And went to lie down for bed to get some rest, I felt itchy. Bed bug bites were all over my arms and back and they was swollen. Still swollen a day later. Traumatized.
