На ресепшене работают Ibrahim, Ayhan -очень профессиональные, веселые, гостеприимные, вежливые, приветливые сотрудники! Расположение отеля очень удобное! Вернулась бы еще !Рекомендую отель👍🏼

Die Sauberkeit war tadellos, die Lage hervorragend und das Frühstück mit der wunderschönen Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlichen Service von Ibrahim und Yigit. Beide waren jederzeit unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Vor allem Ibrahim hat uns mit seiner herzlichen Art begeistert. Er hat jeden unserer Wünsche sofort erfüllt und sich stets darum bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Bei unserer Abreise Yigit uns sogar persönlich mit unseren Koffern bis zum Transfer begleitet. Diese besondere Aufmerksamkeit ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und verdient ein großes Lob! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, insbesondere durch die gute Anbindung an die Fähren, mit denen man Istanbul bequem erkunden kann. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment sehr wohlgefühlt.
