We had to pull out the fridge and go under the cabinet to plug it up ourselves. I asked about it and I was told to do it. They also used my Credit card to secure someone else’s stay so my card was locked the whole trip due to fraudulent charges. Pullout sofa mattress was 3 inches thick, you could feel the frame underneath you.

The room we had was a converted corridor on a circular gangway. Glass windows with curtains all round so you couldn’t open the curtains as everyone could see in. Felt claustrophobic. Shower was unusable. Didn’t shower for 2 days.
