Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness9.0

Frequently described as very clean and well maintained in multiple reviews; a few mentions of minor unkept spots but overall cleanliness is a strong positive.

• Service9.0

Staff repeatedly praised for being helpful and solving issues (AC failure, reservation problems); one note of unfriendly breakfast staff but overall service is excellent.

• Location9.5

Consistently highlighted as an excellent, central location within walking distance of attractions — one of the strongest positives across reviews.

• Room Quality8.3

Rooms are described as spacious with comfortable beds; some rooms feel a bit dated and there was an instance of an AC failure (which was resolved promptly).

• Amenities8.2

Parking and free parking praised; limited breakfast options, occasional lack of elevator, spotty Wi‑Fi and some rooms lacked sufficient outlets or had noise issues—overall amenities are solid but with notable gaps.

• Value for Money9.0

Multiple mentions of good price and strong value given location and room size; guests felt they received good value for the cost.

• Food and Beverage6.8

Several complaints about the breakfast (limited American-style buffet, quality and service issues, staff attitude); breakfast is the clearest weak point.

• Overall Experience9.0

Majority of reviews describe a very positive overall stay (comfortable beds, great location, helpful staff) despite some issues (noise, breakfast, occasional AC/Wi‑Fi problems).

Avaliações de hóspedes

We had a very large room with 3 double beds. It had plenty of space to move around, plus 2 big windows on the street. The bathroom was large and there was good water pressure and lots of hot water. We could hear people walk by talking, but it was not a noisy area. It was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, and Yvette was especially helpful and pleasant. The location is great, just a few blocks to several plazas and pedestrian streets.

Breakfast situation was a bit confusing about what I could and couldn’t have. Yvette came and straightened it out.

La atención y ubicación sobre todo, recorrí caminando todo el centro histórico y no gasté tanto en transporte.

El único pero, sería que la habitación estaba al lado del restaurante y desde temprano hubo ruido. Fue lo único.
