Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness9.0

Consistently praised as clean, comfortable and well maintained; guests described the property as tidy and cosy.

• Service7.5

Many guests found staff friendly and helpful, arranging transport and guides, but several comments mention pushy behaviour (pressure to buy a tour at breakfast) and an intrusive receptionist which lowered the score.

• Location9.5

Excellent location — a short walk to the Taj Mahal, pleasant neighbourhood with good restaurants nearby.

• Room Quality9.0

Rooms described as modern, well equipped, quiet and comfortable.

• Amenities8.5

Not many formal amenities mentioned, but guests appreciated a peaceful outdoor area, assistance with transport and homestay conveniences.

• Value for Money8.6

Multiple guests recommended the property and called it a top choice, indicating strong perceived value.

• Food and Beverage8.5

Breakfast repeatedly praised as delicious and cooked on the spot; one report of staff pressuring guests during breakfast affected this score slightly.

• Overall Experience9.0

Very positive overall: homely, family-like atmosphere, attentive staff for most interactions, and many strong recommendations from guests.

From the time I checked in to the time I checked out , it was a pleasant experience . As soon as I checked in Dr. Rituraj Pathak who is the owner of the property personally came in to greet us . His guidance on how to go about with things, be it food , logistics , transport etc was really helpful and saved me a lot of trouble with quacks . Even the staff were excellent , polite and helpful . Property is located in a very nice location and to add you have some amazing hosts to make it more memorable . I would defienetly vouch for this place .

The staff was very nice! Kasal and Vishal took very good care of us. The terrace was nice, too, and the decoration was lovely.

I really cant speak highly enough of this homestay. The hosts where really freindly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. I like the fact that they have one dining table for all guests to share.

Shower was powerful, clean, but not hot

Great hotel and wonderful staff! We had a really lovely stay. The room was extremely clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was always kind, friendly, and ready to give advice, as well as being available 24/7. Breakfast prepared by Kajal and Vishal was excellent. A special mention to the night porter Arshad ali who did a fantastic job, and to the wonderful woman who welcomed us at reception. Overall, we had a great stay and couldn't have asked for more.
