Perfektní lokalita. V budově ubytování byla společenská místnost s gaučem, kuchyní a možností udělat kávu, čaj či koukat na televizi. Možnost výměny ručníků v případě potřeby. Fajn cena v porovnání s ostatními apartmány v Edinburghu.

Nesnesitelný zápach z odpadu v koupelně, který velmi znepříjemňoval čas strávený v koupelně a pokud nebyly zavřené dveře od koupelny, bylo to cítit po celém pokoji. Koupelna také nebyla 100% čistá. Dále špatná komunikace se zákaznickým oddělením. Vzhledem k tomu, že v ubytování není recepce, jste odkázání na komunikaci přes zprávy či hovor. Při check-inu jsme čekali hodinu u ubytování než nám poslali kód k budově a pokoji. Pracovnice na lince odpovídaly po dlouhém čase a telefon nezvedaly.

Il bagno era troppo piccolo e poco curato, la ventola non funzionava era piena di polvere (chissà da quanto non la puliscono) e nel lavandino l’acqua non scendeva velocemente ed essendo piccolo si riempiva subito

Zimmer Nr. 1 war schrecklich. Im Keller neben Notausgangstür Richtung Straße mit Fenster auf die Straße hinaus. Man fühlte sich sehr unsicher. In beiden Zimmern Schimmel in der Dusche und alte Teppichböden. Bettdecken z.T. aus Polyester und daher sehr heiß. Zimmer Nr. 9 sehr eng und klein. In Zimmer Nr. 9 hörte man das Duschen der Nachbarn sehr laut. Über dem Bad in Zimmer Nr. 9 war ein eigenartiger kleiner Raum voller Müll.
