- Service9.5
Many comments about staff being very friendly, helpful and excellent service; several guests said staff were fantastic and attentive.
- Location9.6
Consistently praised: adjacent to metro, 7-Eleven under the hotel, short walk to Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi and restaurants — repeatedly highlighted as a major positive.
- Room Quality7.7
Multiple mentions of small rooms, difficulty opening luggage, and uncomfortable or odd pillows; some guests found rooms comfortable but size and pillows reduce the score.
- Amenities8.1
Guest lounge, AC working, terrace smoking area and on-site laundry praised, but limited number of washing machines and some facility issues reported.
- Value for Money9.0
Several guests commented on good price-performance and would stay again; some felt it could be cheaper but overall seen as well priced for location and service.
- Food and Beverage7.9
Breakfast described as good but lacking variety/menu and missing specific options (e.g., Muslim meals); no major praise but no strong complaints beyond limited choices.
- Overall Experience9.0
Many guests said they'd stay again, noted excellent location and service; a generally very positive overall impression despite some room-size and pillow negatives.

Room was dark, but otherwise great.
Ubicacion, cerca de Dotonbori, habitación de buen tamaño. Cuanta con Lavandería!

Everything.
Everything.
My suggestion is to have some lighter duvet available during the warm month.
