Consistently praised: excellent location near Boulevard Mall and snorkeling spots, convenient to services and shopping (الموقع ممتاز / الموقع قريب من الخدمات).
- Room Quality7.2
Several complaints about room noise and poor soundproofing (الغرف فيها ازعاج), occasional maintenance issues (sink not working), and late check-in; otherwise rooms described as comfortable by some guests.

Mixed feedback: pool and its privacy criticized (no family privacy, swimming lessons at times), parking/porter/room-service responsiveness sometimes lacking; basic amenities present but with limitations.
