Beds are too firm and not comfortable. Room was nice but very small. No parking and street parking is an absolute nightmare.

Ease of check in, friendly staff. Location was really good as there was lots around and it was easy access to what we had planned during our stay.

The room should come with a minimum of 4 pillows for sleeping. The bed was comfy but the one pillow each for my partner and I wasn’t great. The pillows also were too thick so we both ended up with sore necks.
