Location perfect for what we needed, access to Westminster Cathedral for a concert. Breakfast excellent. But it was the helpfulness of the staff which was THE BEST. I had pulled a muscle during the train journey to Paddington & was in a lot of pain. The caring bar staff at CitizenMVictoria not only assisted in and out of chairs in the buffet area but supplied me with icepacks which helped me sleep and have actually helped speed up the healing process. Yes the rooms are compact, but as lone travelers quite adequate. The bed very comfy, The showers are brilliant. Thank you citizenM

My companion would have liked some sort of cup or glass in the room for the overnight water.
