The hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the service exceptional. The restaurants were very enjoyable. The indoor pool was really good, as it did rain for a longe period of our stay. I would definitely come again and recommend to others.

The lifts were not air conditioned, and there was no background music so it could be awkward at times when travelling with other guests in the lifts

Just unfortunate that by lunch time the sun goes behind the building and the pool area is in the shade.
We had a wonderful stay at The Langham, Gold Coast for our third anniversary. The beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation and welcoming atmosphere made it feel like a special occasion. It was the perfect setting to relax and enjoy time together.

There was nothing significant to fault during our stay. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!
