Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness8.8

Mostly described as very clean and tidy in multiple reviews, though a few guests reported a strange smell or minor cleanliness issues.

• Service9.3

Host described as attentive and everything often well handled; contactless check-in/code system praised. One external booking/overbooking incident noted (Booking.com).

• Location9.5

Frequently praised: great central location (near university, ~20 minutes to old town and beach), handy for walking and local amenities; some street-noise reports.

• Room Quality8.6

Rooms generally comfortable with good beds and tidy presentation, but some negatives: small bathrooms, shower leakage, limited storage, very soft beds in one report, and issues darkening rooms.

• Amenities8.9

Well equipped overall (dishwasher, laundry access, charger/iron, free gym), though some units lacked a microwave or AC and a few guests experienced flaky Wi‑Fi.

• Value for Money9.2

Several guests explicitly commented that the apartment was an excellent option for the price and good value.

• Food and Beverage9.1

Breakfast at the nearby Café NOP received strong praise and in-apartment kitchen supplies (coffee, basics) were appreciated; occasional lack of in-room coffee noted.

• Overall Experience8.6

Overall very positive with many recommendations and repeat praise for comfort and host responsiveness, tempered by isolated booking issues, noise, and some maintenance/amenity drawbacks.
