Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness9.0

Generally well maintained but several guests reported specific issues: a dirty toilet floor, mold in the shower, a stain charge, and mosquito presence. Overall cleanliness is good with some occasional lapses.

• Service10.0

Very strong service across reviews — staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful (notably Jessie and Kai). Multiple guests praised attentive, smiley service and helpfulness with arrangements.

• Location10.0

Excellent central location near the riverside, Old Market / Pub Street and easy walking distance to sights; repeatedly cited as a major positive.

• Room Quality9.4

Rooms described as spacious and nicely decorated, with pleasant balconies. Some negatives: limited luggage/unpacking space, excessive decorative clutter in places, occasional AC/ventilation issues and shower cleanliness concerns.

• Amenities9.5

Good amenities mentioned (pool, balconies, breakfast service, welcome drink). Some guests noted lack of a fan in family rooms and intermittent AC cooling problems during hot nights.

• Value for Money9.3

Many guests felt the hotel offered good value (nice decor, service, location). A few flagged higher-than-expected prices for food/drinks and an unexpected extra charge for a stain, reducing perceived value for some.

• Food and Beverage9.6

Breakfast was generally praised as good or great by multiple guests, with friendly breakfast staff. A minority found it nothing special or suggested a buffet for speed, but overall F&B was a positive.

• Overall Experience10.0

Overall very positive stays: welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, great location and pleasant facilities made stays enjoyable despite a few isolated issues (noise from neighbors, occasional cleanliness or AC problems).

The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. But what really stands out is the warm atmosphere and the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff.

Riversoul is well located, with generous sized and clean rooms. The area around the hotel isn’t too busy, and yet has heaps a high quality dining nearby

Guests smoking in the restaurant turned us off, but really we had nothing to complain about.

De prachtige grote kamer en badkamer. Een heerlijk bed. Mooi zwembad. Ideale ligging.

Ontbijt zou starten om 6:30 uur. Dat bleek dus niet t geval. De kok arriveerde pas rond 7:00 uur

Great location, friendly staff. Room was clean and bathroom was great. When we wanted to rent bikes the reception staff organised it very quickly.

Breites, vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot, Poolgröße zum Schwu Immen geeignet, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Warnung vor dem morgendlichen Weckruf durch den Hahn war sehr hilfreich.
