Localisation idéale car très proche du centre historique, place de parking (120€ pour 3 nuits), proximité immédiate de restaurants/supermarchés/cafés/boulangeries, chambres globalement confortables bien que très simples, personnel agréable. Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour Copenhague, qui est une ville très chère

Le tout est très simplement meublé et équipé, mais cela reste tout à fait correct pour le prix

Only Reason I gave a 9 was that my mattress was really Soft and not conducive to a good nights sleep. Shower head could do with being descaled

I love the room with good lighting and some facilities such as a kettle and a fridge This made for better experiences in the room as we could house some supermarket food and drinks The tv had really good channels some danish and English

The only thing was our shower flooded the bathroom and soaked my friends pajamas When asked to fix her drenched pajamas were left in the sink in a scrunched up pile I feel like it should’ve been a given to dry clean her clothes as there wasn’t even anywhere to dry out her pajamas

An exceptional approach to breakfast designed to reduce food waste: instead of a buffet, you fill in a form by 8:00 pm the night before to choose what you'd like to eat. The selection is huge and will satisfy everyone. The room was quiet (mine faced the courtyard, not the street), the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There is a small fridge in the room (which is absolutely great for a longer stay), a kettle, a selection of teas, and instant coffee. A single key opens everything (the room, the stairwell, and activates the lift). Housekeeping doesn't clean daily or enter the room unless you request it at reception, which suited me perfectly. If you accumulate a lot of rubbish during a longer stay, you can take it out yourself to the bins located in the courtyard. There was a terrace at the top of the hotel, and during specific afternoon hours, guests were invited to the lobby for a wine tasting, but I didn't have time to take advantage of these attractions. There are at least a few grocery shops nearby offering basic products, including plenty of organic and eco-friendly options. The location is excellent: it’s a 20-minute walk to the metro, 20 minutes to the Statens Museum for Kunst, and 20 to 30 minutes to the Royal Palace and other attractions in the heart of the city centre.

For my liking, the water in the shower was a bit too cold—the thermostat was locked at 38°C, so it wasn't possible to set it any warmer. I'm also not a fan of shower curtains instead of proper cabins.
