Le quartier est trop calme apre ms les heures de bureau ( à 16h ) et c’est assez difficile de trouver quelque chose ou de se deplacer.

Very bad, cold shower, dusty floors, we could hear the wind moving the Windows, we got locked inside the room for a while (dangerous if there is a fire). The room is really outdated and improvised. We kindly asked for a discount or to talk with the manager and the receptionist said “Imposible as I don’t have contact with the manager or owner.” What sound like a lie. I am sorry I have to leave this review but we didn’t enjoyed at all. Max value for this place 30€

Good location in Chinatown close to the bus station at Immigration Square. There are several Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood. Good and fast internet, working elevator, liquid soap in bathroom, fridge, free bottles of water, plenty of hot water in the shower.

It's not brand new, but everything works. The power plug next to the bed was loose.
