There were some minor issues that were not going to be fixed until after my departure; a broken ladder to the top bunk where I was sleeping; could still be used but my shorts kept getting caught on them which wasn't great. I reported this at check in but was told there were no other available beds but the bed underneath remained empty for the next 2 nights! The shelf came out of the wall one night too. Not every bed has a light/sockets which is a bit disappointing.

7min walk to the 500 Aeroporto Bus stop on the waterfront, made it exceptionally quick and convenient to get to and from the airport. The single bedrooms with private bathrooms were perfect and quite large for solo travellers - the balcony with the room was huge and great for having breakfast in the sunlight whilst enjoying privacy in the morning. The shared kitchen is tidy and well equipped, the courtyard is stunningly beautiful and nicely shaded with lots of green plants and places to socialise. The access codes was so convenient, using the link and not having to carry around a key! The cafe attached is wonderfully cheerful and relaxed, the vibe is excellent for solo female travellers.
