No hot water. Host did not care about that and only said to use other bathroom which all the facility did not have any hot water. Rooms were really small and you did not even have enough room to open a suitcase. Host/s mostly responded the next day even if there was a massive issued like the hot water. Barely took a cold shower and got sick because of that.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to several issues that, taken together, made the experience unacceptable for the price paid. The most serious incident occurred on the last night, when my friend and I were locked out of our room until 2 a.m. because the lock was not working. We were unable to access our room for approximately 1.5 hours in the middle of the night, leaving us without access to our luggage, passports and personal belongings. This was particularly stressful as we had a train to catch the following morning. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated problem. The bathroom next to our room was out of order for two days during our stay, there was a very unpleasant smell directly outside our room, and the door leading to our room and our neighbour’s room was extremely squeaky and loud, repeatedly waking us whenever someone opened it. What made the experience even more disappointing was the customer service when I raised these concerns. Rather than addressing the problems constructively, the accommodation’s responses felt rude and unhelpful, with attempts to shift the blame onto us and other guests. The issues we experienced were related to faulty facilities and the condition of the accommodation itself, and I did not feel that the concerns were handled with the level of responsibility or professionalism I would expect. Although I eventually received some compensation, this does not change the fact that the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I understand that unexpected issues can occur, but the number and severity of these problems, combined with the way my complaint was handled, fell well below my expectations. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this accommodation to others.

Os banheiros são compartilhados! São 14 quartos compartilhando 5 banheiros, e ai que não é possível contar com o bom senso das pessoas para compartilhar banheiro e, por isso, eles estavam bem sujos. Quando reservei, pelas fotos isso não ficava claro e não tinha essa definição no momento de escolha dos quartos (agora tem!) e quando indaguei eles me responderam que eu deveria ter lido o texto da descrição com mais atenção. Acredito que devam deixar isso em letras grandes logo no inicio ou que passem a se intitular como Hostel. Sem contar que não havia agua quente em nenhum dos banheiros! Quando descobri isso, já não havia ninguém para responder as mensagens e só fui obter uma resposta quando eu já não estava mais hospedada lá. E, pela resposta que me deram, eles já sabiam desse problema. O quarto é extremamente pequeno, até tem uma mesinha com uma cadeira, mas é impossível usar pois ela fica colada na cama, então não conte com isso. É extremamente barulhento, pois fica num cruzamento de uma avenida com muitos bares. Então os barulhos vão até de madrugada. Quando li isso numa avaliação, achei que a pessoa estava sendo exagerada, mas não, realmente é muito barulhento. Sem contar que o nosso quarto era colado em um dos banheiros, então foi um entra e sai de gente a noite inteira também.
