The host contact number was unusually reachable as the receptionist confimed because i have been there to lay my complaint today i only spoke to a cleaner, who didnt come to work because no cleaning was needed as the apartment wasnt used because i didnt get access.

Great location, but the apartment needs better upkeep The apartment is spacious and has a lovely layout, and the location is excellent — within easy walking distance of Rosebank Mall and in what felt like a safe, convenient area.

However, the apartment was surprisingly cold during our stay. There is no air conditioning, and we had to request a heater because it was genuinely freezing. The overall upkeep also left something to be desired. While the space itself has a lot of potential, it felt like it could have been maintained and cared for much better. A great location and a lovely, spacious apartment, but the standard of upkeep needs improvement.

Availability of two pin plugs and working bedside lights

Apartment was clean, neat and well furbished. It is next to Rosebank mall, very convenient, yet very quiet. We slept really well. Safe parking.

Check in process was a disaster. I ended up in tears at the reception before someone was called to assit me. Booking.com's client services did not respond to the message and the phone was answered by AI saying we should contact the property - not helpful at all. When I phoned the propery's number, no-one answered. The booking said keys would be at reception, but reception is 2 security officers wanting to know what the unit nr is - which I did not know. Eventually, after everyone in the car was fighting, hungry, cold and tired from the drive, someone came and assited me. It took at least 45min to check in and recieve our keys. We had a very late dinner, and enjoyed the rest of our stay very much.
