Percepção dos hóspedes

• Cleanliness8.0

Rooms described as clean with daily professional housekeeping, but multiple reports of persistent/funky hallway odor and a few cleanliness-related issues lowered the score.

• Service9.2

Numerous positive mentions of helpful, friendly staff (Shirley, Jason) who assisted with early check-in and upgrades; one notable complaint about limited follow-up when a guest reported a missing item.

• Location9.0

Consistently praised for being well placed near malls, metro and many eateries; one guest listed location as a con but overall sentiment is strongly positive.

• Room Quality8.4

Guests report spacious, comfortable rooms with good beds and AC; negatives include poor soundproofing, occasional odors in corridors and some minor items like towel quality.

• Amenities9.0

Mentioned as having full facilities and convenient mall access via the hotel; amenities are viewed positively in reviews.

• Value for Money9.2

Multiple guests called the hotel great value or attractively priced, making this a clear strength.

• Food and Beverage6.8

Repeated comments that breakfast selection and quality are limited or 'stiff' for the hotel's level; this is the weakest area in reviews.

• Overall Experience9.2

Overall impressions are positive with repeat guests and many strong service/location remarks; some operational issues (breakfast, hallway odor, occasional staff responsiveness) temper the experience but do not dominate.

Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadanie, obiekt czysty ,duży pokój.Położenie koło centrum handlowego z różnorodnoscią restauracji.Najbliższe metro dość daleko ok. 700-800 m.Taksówki dość tanie.

Location is great except that Didi driver has a hard time getting to our location. The hallway AC was not turned on most of the time and can be quite hot and stuffy. The chamber team were great and helpful.

It took one of our room AC a few hours to cool the room down. Otherwise it was good.,
