Complaint Regarding Fake Guest House Booking and Harassment Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding a very distressing experience related to a guest house booking. I booked the said guest house in advance through your platform. However, when I reached the given location with my family on the scheduled date and time, I was shocked to find that no guest house existed at that address. When I contacted the property owner via phone, I was clearly informed that there is no guest house at this location. Due to this misleading and false booking, my family and I had to face severe inconvenience, mental stress, and public embarrassment. This incident reflects serious negligence and appears to be a case of false advertisement and fraud. Such experiences damage customer trust and cause unnecessary hardship, especially when families are involved. I therefore request you to kindly: Conduct an immediate investigation into this matter Take strict action against the responsible party Provide a full refund of the booking amount Ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and other relevant forums. I hope for your immediate attention and a swift resolution.
