I stayed at this hotel for a short trip and was very happy with the experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Appears more like a 3* hotel not a 4*. No hand towels in room (only very basic shower towel). No drinking water provided in room although did have a fridge. We booked a double room, but it was not available when we arrived. We were given a room with 2 beds in instead , which would be ok except it was near the road and there was traffic and loud music noise through the night. It was a very bare room ( eg no curtains over windows), concrete floor. Reception checked if all was ok and when I said I wasn't too happy with the replacement room they immediately offered to move us to their sister hotel which we accepted . Their sister hotel just around the corner was nicer but still very basic rooms for 4*. Internet in 2nd room kept dropping out and there were still no hand towels or water bottles. The reception at both hotels were extremely kind though and keen to help solve any issues we had.

Some rooms are being renovated at the hotel, jack hammering at 7:30 AM and would continue randomly until 7:00 PM. Also next door, a new café shop is being added which added to the noise. Management should have least notified the customers, place notes on the doors of the construction, or added to their website and or booking.com . Also as a funny side note they do have TV’s but are not hooked up for streaming or using, Ironic the note on the TV says tranquility. I complained a couple of times, but was not offered a solution until my second to last day of check it.
