They really need to clean the floor in the guest room very well.

Cockroach in the hostel. I left immediately after finding a cockroach in my bed — completely unacceptable and disgusting. At the reception, I was promised a full refund if I decided not to stay. Yet, after my departure, I received an email stating I would only get a partial refund, with the excuse that they “could have changed my room.” This is outrageous. Nobody wants to be moved to another room in a place where cockroaches are already crawling in the beds. It clearly shows a serious lack of hygiene and respect for guests. This hostel is dishonest and unsanitary. Avoid it at all costs.

No quiet hours the flatmate has her videos on loud until I asked her to turn it down at 2249hrs Then another one had a bright lamp she finally turned off at 0200hrs The breakfast was weak, not even a coffee put out
