We had an exceptional stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Muscat, made truly unforgettable by the incredible team. Every staff member we interacted with was genuine, lovely, and attentive. A special mention goes to Anisa at the restaurant, who was a wonderful waiter and provided fantastic service throughout our stay. Above all, we are deeply grateful for how the team handled a stressful situation when our son suddenly fell ill. Mohamed Ali went completely above and beyond—on very short notice, he personally drove us to the hospital and stayed with us until he knew our son was safe. That level of genuine care, warmth, and quick support made us feel completely looked after during a critical moment. While it was a shame the pool wasn't open, the outstanding service more than made up for it. We cannot fault the staff in any way—a huge thank you to Mohamed Ali and the entire team for taking such amazing care of our family. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone!

Booking OTaxi was limited to Luxury options which was very expensive. Booking cheaper OTaxi required to walk further away from the hotel, which was difficult with a baby and stroller

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Modern, elegant and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchenette. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choices, and the restaurant was spacious, modern and elegant. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful anniversary surprise from the hotel. We received a beautiful cake with a personalized anniversary message and a lovely card from management. Such a wonderful gesture that we genuinely appreciated! A special thank you to Shouib from housekeeping, who was absolutely amazing and regularly checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Having stayed in Dubai just before arriving in Muscat, we honestly preferred this hotel. Beautiful accommodation, thoughtful hospitality and wonderful service. We would happily return!

The only thing I felt was missing was a mirror in the bedroom, as the only mirrors were in the bathroom. It was quite inconvenient when getting ready, especially when doing makeup or wanting to check how an outfit looked. A dressing table or a full-length mirror would have been a lovely addition. It’s a small detail, but something that would make a big difference to the overall comfort of the room.

كل شي ممتاز الا فقط لو كان التلفاز يدعم سمارت تي في لنتمكن من مشاهده الأفلام واليوتيوب للأسف غير مدعوم .
