Great facility to stay. Very secure and mostly quiet. The staff on-site came over and were super helpful to help us get into the house (no key's only a code is used on the door). The facility has all the appliances that one would need - even a washing machine and iron - which we did not use though on this trip. The beds were good, clean. TV worked well. Wifi worked well. Very safe especially also with a security guard that is 24 hours so we could go out and come back even at night. Please note; the actual place is not called 124 Platinum Peak. The Property is called; "The Yard" We struggled to find the place a little bit but when we called we were helped very quickly.

The only issue was the water pressure was low in the shower and the warm water tap was not having hot water. It was mild and it was especially not nice trying to shower in the morning when it is cold. Please ensure hot water and good pressure (1 Bar pressure pump?) for showering.

Not changing of towels or lack of extra towels to cover the period of stay.

The property is new but maintenance is not the best, the shower leaked badly, the soap dispenser at the bathroom sink was missing and the unit has an ant problem. While washer and dryer were an appealing feature, the staff could not provide even a small amount of washing powder for one small load. This would have been way more useful than the blender and wide variety of cooking spatulas.
