Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Unterkunft entsprach nicht der BeschreibungWir hatten eine Unterkunft für drei Personen gebucht. Vor Ort stellten meine Mitarbeiter fest, dass das Bett für zwei Personen viel zu schmal war und statt eines richtigen Sofas lediglich ein klappbares Feldbett vorhanden war. Außerdem waren die Bettwäsche und die Unterkunft verschmutzt; unter dem Bett lag sogar schmutzige Unterwäsche. Die Mängel wurden fotografisch dokumentiert und dem Anbieter gemeldet. Bis heute haben wir keine Antwort auf unsere Reklamation erhalten. Aufgrund der falschen Beschreibung, der mangelhaften Sauberkeit und des fehlenden Kundenservices können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Heizung war abgedreht obwohl sehr kalt war. Ich habe angerufen, keine Lösung gefunden.

People did not clean the kitchen after use. The bed was small. Maybe 110-120 cm.
